KARL Television owes its birth to the hacker style experimental punk telephone lines and early Orange County pirate radio days of the 1980s. Legal television stations are beyond boring full of fear mongers and commercial pap. KARL Television is pioneering new methods and technologies for artistic expression. Your robotic host KARL may be relegated to the nether regions of cable access but soon KARL will explore the frontier of the Internet as the medium of true freedom of expression via streaming online video feeds. If you are not watching Fast KARL television you are not enjoying the full electronic bombardment of your face and skull the way it was meant to be.
